Redditch RFC have picked an exciting new team for the first League outing away to Chaddesley Corbett in the brand-new Midlands West (5) South League. Kick off is 3:00pm.

Their last outing across to Chaddesley brought an unexpected defeat but it is a much-changed line-up on Saturday.

A two try performance from the experienced Craig Martin in last week’s Exiles match has earned him a place in the top team. He will give another line out option to support the excellent Allen brother’s who jumped so well last week.  They are joined in the back row by Clarke Parker who continues to improve week by week since his move into the forwards.

A big, strong front row of Dan Oscroft, Jack Bacciochi and new recruit Loran Abbots should provide a stable platform in the scrum.

A new centre pairing of Tom Saddington and Stuart Brooks, playing outside Will Heath and James Mills, should provide plenty of attacking options.

George Docker, reliable at full back, is joined at the back by Lucas Bates and Harvey Habgood, who too is back in the 1st team after a strong performance in the Exiles.

Meanwhile the seconds travel away to Claverdon with the challenge to carry on from where they left off last week, with strong performances all around the field.
