Hopefully Storm Eunice has moved on and we will get a decent afternoon as Redditch welcome Stourport to Bromsgrove Road for their return fixture.

Our visit to Stourport led to an exciting 17 all draw where the lead changed several times, and the wind played an important part in the match.

Following a series of injuries Redditch will be fielding a new look team.

The pack is big and strong and should be able to be solid in the scrum and competitive in the line out. Mike (Sid) Allen has been in sparkling form over the past few weeks and he will be ably backed up by Chris Upton, making a welcome return to the second row.The front and back rows are brimming with experience with Mikey Essex joined in the back row by Richie Beddard and Duncan Davis.Veteran Stu Hope goes back to hooker whilst Mikey Adams and Carl Platten make up an experienced front row.

Hopefully they will supply enough clean ball for the young, fast, exciting backline to work their magic. Aaron Atkinson will lead them from the back guiding their defensive efforts against the big powerful Stourport backs.
