After the close defeat at Bishop's Castle and a week of frozen pitches causing havoc with training we should present a well rested team for the trip to Upton on Severn for a rearranged League fixture on Saturday.

With captain Will Spires unavailale, scrum half James Mills will be taking over the reins for the next 2 weeks. Influential No 8 Nathan Marthews is also unavailable and will be replaced by the experienced James Mathews.

Father and son duo Richard and Archie Beddard should be fully recovered from knocks received at Bishop's Castle where Archie impressed with strong running from fullback.

The flood waters have receded at Upton and with sun shine all day and warmer overnight temperatures the pitch should be perfect for Saturday.
