With a magnificent rainbow arching over proceedings all of Redditch's hard work finally produced that pot of gold with a resounding win over Kidderminster seconds.

And Richie Beddard could not resist celebrating!

With strong displays from the pack at both scrum and lineout the backs had ball to work with.

The old combination of Mills and Spires got onto the front foot and fed the new combination of O'Donnell and Mehrtens in the centres allowing them room to move.

They did this effectively with the back 3 of Morgan. Allen and Beddard sharing tries.

There will be a stronger challenge next week as Redditch host Keresley in the National Cup, with KO at 3:00pm.

See match report for full details of Saturday's match.
