Redditch RFC

Next weekend sees Pitch Up for Rugby being held at Rugby Clubs across the nation.

Redditch is no exception with two big events.

Saturday sees the first serious match since the restart when Redditch host Chaddesley Corbett in the first round of the North Midlands' Vase.

Last time Rugby was played Chaddesley Corbett beat Redditch to promotion via a count back when the season was curtailed. 

Redditch swapped places with Chaddesley dropping from 2nd to 3rd and losing promotion.

So revenge has been a long time coming and the Kingfishers are looking for a sweet victory having shown some good form in their warm up matches.

On Sunday, the Junior Section will be repeating their Boys Taster Session, hoping for a good turnout.

A Taster Session held earlier in the season proved fantastically popular and many of those attending registered to play last Sunday.

With many experienced coaches in the various age grades our Junior Section is ready to welcome any budding players on Sunday.

For brand new boys the Taster Session will be from 14:00 through 15:30.

For returning players and newly registered players all coaches will be running their normal sessions from 10:30 through 12:00.
