After a solid start against Alcester in the Firemans' Trophy match REdditch will welcome Tenbury to Bromsgrove Road for the opening match of the season.

A solid looking forward pack sees Joe Looker return to No 8 after a season at Woodrush, whike Jack Kelly retains his No 3 shirt after a strong showing last week.

In the backline club captaing Will spires moves to scrum half and is replaced at stand off by new recruit Elliot Williams.

Rory Allen retains the fullback spot that he handled so well last season and is joined in the back three by new recruits Phoenix McCann and Harry Irvine.

Cal Razzak and Joe Morgan complete the backline.

With a strong bench Redditch are confident of a strong showing against the newcomers to our league.

Kick off will be at 3:00pm.

And don't forget England Red Roses will face their fiercest competition yet as they take on the Wallaroos of Australia in the last pool match of the Womens World Cup, in a must win game for Australia if the USA score big against Samoa. Kick off 5@00pm.
