I am sad to report that another club legend has passed away.
Liam Kirwan was an irrepressible Irishman with all the wit and flair of his race, who was a member of the reformation team of 1966.
Liam also captained the Exiles in 1988 and was a popular member of every team he played in.
He has lived in Spain for the last few years, only coming down to the club occasionally for a Guinness or a Jamieson's.
He died recently in Spain after a short illness.
May he rest in peace.
