Redditch showed a big improvement in their discipline at Kidderminster giving away just 9 penalties.
After last weekends debacle things were a lot tighter and more disciplined with a degree of alertness evident from the start.
Indeed Redditch took the advantage from a Kidderminster misdemeanour and Matt Allen raced through supported by Jon Beale who opened the scoring.
However Kidderminster had a scrum half who was young and fit, big and strong, with excellent rugby skills and he was to dominate proceedings throughout being instrumental in most of the home teams tries.
However Redditch remained competitive throughout and with good ball coming from the set pieces, with some excellent line out work from Tyler Monger, and penalties going their way due to the best discipline shown all season, they enjoyed most of the possession.
The high scoring match eventually went to the home side with Redditch going down by 47-31, earning a try bonus point.
There is a free weekend for the 6 Nations Super Saturday with all matches being shown at the club.
Our next match will be at home to Five Ways Old Edwardians.
