Summer is passing on, training has started and the countdown to the World Cup has begun.
The warm up matches arranged by the 4 home unions will all be shown at the club starting with this Saturday 5th August 2023's fixtures:
Scotland 
v France
from Edinburgh kicking off at 3:15 pm.
Wales
v England
from Cardiff kicking off at 5:30pm.
Ireland 
v Italy
from Dublin kicking off at 8:00pm.
And next week there will be return fixtures for England and Scotland.
Ireland top the world standings with the All Blacks making up ground fast to replace France in the second spot.
Surprise packet is Fiji who have risen 13 places to go into the top ten behind Australia and Wales.
