Redditch played host to 2nd placed Worcester 2nds on Saturday and used the occasion to unveil their new strip.

Thanks are due to major kit sponsor Lexon and to the minor contributors of Assured Private Wealth, AN Supplies, HAB Designs, Ferris UK, GD Health and ASM Developments without whom the new kit would not have been possible.

Redditch performed well even going to a deserved 8-7 lead mid way through the first half.

In the end though the league ladder doesn't lie and the visitors ran out comfortable winners by 50 points to 15.

However they knew that they had been in a game and said after the match that it was their most difficult game so far this season.

Well done to the Redditch lads who kept trying right to the end.
