Next Saturday, 6th September , sees Rugby return to Bromsgrove Road for the opening mone match of the season.

We welcome Tenbury Wells, a newcomer to our league and an unknown quantity as it is many years since we have played them.

Redditch have been training well and will be bolstered by the return of the Beddard Boys from Bees and Joe Looker from Woodrush.

With several of last season's key players still on holiday Redditch will be blooding a few new recruits in The Fireman's Cup match at Alcester this Saturday with kick off at 3:00pm. All are welcome to attend with proceeds in aid of the Firefighters' Charity a very worthy cause.

And, back to the 6th, we will be showing the biggest match of the Womens' Rugby World Cup so far when World No 1 England take on old foes Australia who amassed the highest score so far against a determined Samoa in the opening round. This should be a fantastic match with first place in their pool at stake. Come down and create some atmosphere.

And, to round off the night, Boozy Bingo makes a welcome return to the club. At just £10, tickets will be available on the door. KIck off at 7:30pm.

Once again everyone is welcome at the club for the 3 big events.

Why not make a day of it?
