Getting a second team out on a regular basis is a challenge that R are determined to win. This first game of the season was a subtle blend of youth and experience though all were a little rusty. A thouroughly enjoyable run around for all concerned with Ben Walsh being nominated as Player of the match. A rematch will take place on Oct 28th at Old Yards.

The clue was in the name and the Old Yardleians' Development Squad are certainly developing into a fine outfit who were too strong for the Exiles having their first run out of the season.
